Markus Ried is Managing Director of CONOUT Consulting & Development Austria and Germany. The Diplom-Wirtschaftspädagoge is a coach and organizational consultant (M.Sc) and has also completed further training in moderation and TZI.
Markus Ried founded CONOUT (Germany) in 2000 with the two divisions Consulting & Development and Experience & Outdoor.

ULRICH PUNTIGAM
Ulrich Puntigam is Managing Partner of CONOUT GmbH in Austria. He studied industrial economics and subsequently worked in international management consulting. For many years he led the organizational development of a large Austrian construction company.
During this time he was able to distinguish himself as a project manager for numerous change processes in a technology-dominated environment. After additional training as a systemic organizational developer and coach, he specialized, among other things, in executive development.
Ulrich is a lecturer at the FH Joanneum in Graz for corporate management, team development and communication.

SEBASTIAN HETZ
Sebastian Hetz is Managing Director of CONOUT Erlebnis & Outdoor in Germany. The business economist is also an ERCA-certified high ropes course trainer.
He is responsible for the organization and execution of the team events and teambuilding events and leads the high ropes course Pelham.
