Our programs are feasible for every healthy person and do not require any special sporting performance. Prior experience of any kind is not necessary. Depending on the performance level of the group we can make a program more sportive or more comfortable. If there are participants with disabilities or diseases in the group, please inform us in advance. We will then consider together with you how we can integrate these participants into the program.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
