In this training you will learn to communicate your thoughts and ideas effectively, which obstacles stand in the way and with which strategies you can avoid them. Then you will find it easier to motivate people, avoid misunderstandings and sell ideas.
CONFLICT TRAINING & MODERATION
Conflict training means prevention instead of escalation. In this training the participants recognize that conflicts between people are normal and acquire resilience and conflict competence. They take a look at their previous conflict behaviour and adopt effective methods to clarify future conflicts in a factual and confidence-building way.
In conflict moderation, we see ourselves as clarification helpers in order to resolve a conflict situation that has already escalated and to facilitate smooth cooperation again. Within this framework, we can work on conflicts within a team, between teams or even just between two people in a solution-oriented way.
ESTABLISH & MAINTAIN FEEDBACK CULTURE
An appreciative feedback culture strengthens the trust within an organisation and makes it more efficient. Optimal feedback processes demand and promote open interaction and effective communication with each other.
In an open feedback culture, one’s own behaviour patterns can be better assessed through the permanent comparison of self- and external perception. By naming and recognizing positive behaviors, they can be strengthened as desired actions. Negatives are reduced and trust in the team grows automatically.

TIME MANAGEMENT
Efficient time management is the basis of a balanced work-life balance. RECOGNIZE AND USE INNER STRENGTHS
In this seminar you will learn more about your personal, psychological resources – your so-called resilience – which prepare you for everyday life and work. You will learn to consciously recognize your individual strengths and to use them in a targeted way in order to become or to stay powerful and calm in spite of high demands.
The focus is on working out and refining your previous, individual strategies. In this way, changes or reinforcements of behaviour patterns can be achieved in small steps and implemented in real life. As a further suggestion you will learn more about the seven pillars of resilience.
MODERATION OF WORKSHOPS
In addition to the framework, the role of the moderator is decisive for successful meetings. In this training the participants learn how to actively create clarity and a common understanding in meetings.
They explore the three working levels of facilitation – process, content and emotions – and test methods for success as moderators: from preparing the group for the common task and responsibility to dealing with conflicts and resistance, concretising unspecific statements and recording (partial) goals, intermediate and final results, to deriving measures and initiating the next steps.
