In this assessment center, fun and personality are in the foreground: we surprise your applicants with unusual challenges. You will observe the candidates as they work together on creative solutions.
During the moderated speed dating or a little “sweetheart” show with the trainers, we elicit the special spice from the candidates in a very short time.
Through the variety of the exercises provided, you will get a multi-layered picture of the professional aptitude, the ability to network thinking, the personal attitude and the soft skills of your candidates.
Lost & Found
Find the way: After training in the correct handling of roadbook, compass and GPS devices, the groups set off on a special geo-cache adventure tour. For this, the teams are in contact via radio and can help each other. Trainers accompany the teams in order to reflect the behaviour of the group already on the way.
This training event strengthens the team spirit and the planning skills of the participants and gives a new perspective on guidelines and general conditions.
Get in contact!
We lure your trainees out of the comfort zone and send them into a lively exchange with people in their environment. Through joint reflection and theoretical input, initial strategies are developed to master the colourful challenges of the day. As soon as it says: “Get in Contact!”, unknown people on the street are to be addressed and made allies!
There are photographic tasks and puzzles to be solved, as well as barter objects to be traded. In a wide variety of situations, the trainees can score points with skillful communication and approach others more confidently from task to task.
Better together
Consciously talk to each other. Really listen. Understanding each other even better. This is what makes successful working together and sustainable learning from each other possible.
Trainees and trainers experience each other from different perspectives on this exciting seminar day. They learn to understand how the “meant” is received by the other person. During this training, trainees and trainers will jointly develop a strategy for an even better cooperation, which they will put into their personal toolbox and take with them for their successful training period.
Farewell Days
Reward your best trainees of the final year and their trainers with a special final event: send your top learning teams out together. Small competitions against the other top teams provide a humorous spice.
During the final days, the top trainees will also have the opportunity to thank their trainers in an unforgettable way for their support during the past years of training. The trainers prepare a small transition ceremony for their protégés.
