Now that we have held the 7th event together, I would like to take this opportunity to say a short thank you.
In the now almost 3 years you have given me and my team the decisive impulses for our further development with the trainings and the conflict management session, which are reflected in the good business results in Euro and Cent. (…) Thanks to your support, and that of your colleagues, we were able to implement what we had learned in our everyday business life. Looking back, I realize that during the training sessions, whether it was building bridges, climbing the Zugspitze or building a raft, I learned a lot about my team, and at least as much about myself as a manager and situation-dependent leadership behavior.
