Short: The CONOUT model is characterized by a high degree of professionalization and at the same time maximum flexibility in order to be able to pick up our clients exactly where they need us.
OUR MISSION STATEMENT
All our measures are always embedded in an overall strategy and can be combined with the individual and (optionally) free of coaching and training programs bookable offer of teambuilding events.
Each event can serve a higher purpose, initiate a change in the corporate culture, if appropriate follow-up measures are carried out, or simply pave the way for pleasure and getting to know each other.
At the same time, our mission statement is our greatest communication goal: All coaches, trainers and personnel developers at CONOUT approach problems with common sense – we do not psychologize challenges unnecessarily, but treat them undogmatically, personally and transparently.

Conout focuses on a variety of methods and works creatively and varied with a large tool set.
Active elements can occur in any program, but the method is never superior to the goal, but provides a framework for a flexible and individual approach.
