CONFLICT TRAINING & MODERATION
Conflict training means prevention instead of escalation. In this training the participants recognize that conflicts between people are normal and acquire resilience and conflict competence. They take a look at their previous conflict behaviour and adopt effective methods to clarify future conflicts in a factual and confidence-building way.
In conflict moderation, we see ourselves as clarification helpers in order to resolve a conflict situation that has already escalated and to facilitate smooth cooperation again. Within this framework, we can work on conflicts within a team, between teams or even just between two people in a solution-oriented way.

MODERATION OF WORKSHOPS
In addition to the framework, the role of the moderator is decisive for successful meetings. In this training the participants learn how to actively create clarity and a common understanding in meetings.
They explore the three working levels of facilitation – process, content and emotions – and test methods for success as moderators: from preparing the group for the common task and responsibility to dealing with conflicts and resistance, concretising unspecific statements and recording (partial) goals, intermediate and final results, to deriving measures and initiating the next steps.
